    • Comprehensive debrief meetings with project sponsors
    • Strategic meetings with senior management to monitor trends and issues that we observe when working with your people

As a minimum, the following interactions are built into every project we work on:

  • Pre-briefings prior to any project with the sponsor and participants
  • A de-brief with the project sponsor, including a written report if required
  • Quarterly health-check meetings to assess the health of the relationship, to catch up on what's happening in your business and for us to update you on ours
  • An annual relationship review to enable us to review our performance as an adviser to your business on a holistic level.
