Experience

Peter began his marketing career with Dulux Australia before embarking on his primary passion of advertising. In 1985 Peter started with Young & Rubicam in Melbourne. He quickly developed and by the age of 30 was the youngest Managing Director of a Y&R company in Australia - Wunderman International.

In 1998, Peter and his family moved to Sydney where he took up the role of Managing Director of Y&R Sydney and its Direct Marketing division, Wunderman Australia. Over the next 4½ years Peter led these businesses through significant financial and reputation growth.

During this time, Peter was a board member of Soccer Australia.

At the age of 40 Peter returned to Melbourne and embarked on his other love - the development and growth of people. He joined Rogen International concentrating on helping his clients achieve their potential through improvements in their face-to-face communication skills. He also led the marketing and pitch consulting practice for Rogen.

The Person

Peter's life is dominated by women. He is married to Nikki and they have 3 beautiful daughters, Georgia (15), Ashleigh (12) and Jessie (9).

Apart from his family and his new business, Peter is obsessed with golf and the Carlton Football Club - both of which cause him much frustration.
