Why We started Red Sky
We believe a large part of business performance is dependant upon the STRATEGY you pursue and the PEOPLE you choose to enact it.
The BIG challenge that we see most organisations grappling with today is the apparent disconnect between the two. The right strategy, implemented poorly will only lead to failure. Similarly, a passionate and capable workforce without direction will, sadly, achieve the same result.
Put simply, today, it's all about converting STRATEGY into ACTION into RESULTS - in other words, going from KNOWING 2 DOING.
Red Sky was founded on the reality that many businesses struggle with the challenge of converting goals, aspirations and strategies into successful results.
Research confirmed that the 3 primary reasons for this were:
- The strategies of the company were not fully understood by all employees.
- Even if the strategy was understood, the people did not have the necessary skills to execute the strategy.
- Even if people had the skills to execute, the company did not provide an environment where people were able to perform at their best.
Our goal is to help clients overcome these challenges to create more successful businesses.
